The Chicago Bulls have won their last seven road games, but will be hard-pressed to make it eight against the Western Conference-leading Oklahoma City Thunder.

Reigning MVP Derrick Rose will miss his 10th consecutive game for the Bulls, leaving Tom Thibodeau’s team a desperately needed superstar short against the high-profile trio of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and James Harden.

Just how good has Oklahoma City been lately?

For starters, Scott Brooks’ club has won five in a row, and even Rose thinks that Durant deserves MVP honors this season. During that streak, the Thunder have strung together convincing victories over the Clippers, Heat and Lakers, leaving little doubt as to how this team stacks up among the league’s elite.

The Bulls, meanwhile, continue to have the best record in the NBA even with Rose having missed a significant chunk of the season. Thibodeau’s team hasn’t backed down in the face of adversity and even took a game from the Miami Heat with Rose sitting due to his strained groin.

Can they do the same against the best in the West? Stay here for live coverage of this afternoon’s potential NBA Finals preview.
